Rocksteady Does it Again in Batman: Arkham Knight
This is one badass looking video game that has already gotten me to the edge of my seat. We're talking about a game with no loading screens NONE. For all you Skyrim fans and Fallout junkies this is one of the best moments ever right? That's not all, Rocksteady decided to bring a little fiesta into the Batmobile by adding a couple of new toys such as an EMP and a Drone virus. The EMP disables enemy vehicles for a short period of time and redirects missiles, which gives the goddamn Batman the window of opportunity to wreak havoc. Using the Drone virus will hack into enemy equipment and turns their guns on enemy allies. Pretty much the Batmobile versus every criminal in Gotham.
The Batmobile is explained as a “core element” of gameplay, which means a new area of Gotham larger than Arkham City will be revealed, including wider streets to make sure the vehicle fits.
When you come around to completing the main story you will unlock, “ New Game Plus” which lets you take all your XP, along with your gadgets back through to the beginning so you can go back to other challenges you couldn’t complete earlier in the game, and play with new upgrades you didn't have before hand. Which is amazing for me at least.
Batman:Arkham Knight will take place one year after the events of Arkham City, Developer Rocksteady has confirmed, along with a bunch of other information about the games drivable Batmobile, increased city size, and combat mechanics. There’s also a newly built villain specifically for the game and described as a “formidable” foe. Harley Quinn. Yes I said it the sexiest clown in Gotham will be in this game. If you still have your doubts, don't worry because after all of these trailers I’ve been catching up on make the graphics look Super A Plus so definitely get it when it drops June 23rd
